    Default Mother Nature Sux

I braved the wind and rain today and managed a very nice limit below Truman Dam. I had 4 that went over 1.5 lbs with the largest being 1 lb 12 ozs. Got on the water around 9:30 am and left the boat ramp at 12:45 pm.

    Blk/Char and Blk/Pink Slab Busters.
    Blk/Char Wooly Beaver Tails

8 to 10 feet down in 15 to 17 feet of water.
Was some tough fishing in that wind.

Jared and I are heading to Bucksaw tomorrow to prefish for a tournament we are in Sunday. Should be on the water NLT noon. I can't wait to catch some of those shallow fish.

Thanks folks. I'm counting on my partner to carry us. His shoulders are gonna be mighty sore.

Bwillaub...and ...Longpoler.....Way to go guys.....Nitro & I were there also. We were in nitro's white nitro(hence the name). We got there about 10, looked like 40 boats or more, in the cove. Fished in the middle and close to the island.Didn't have as good of luck, only 11, but nice size. Conditions sure weren't the best. Those sure were some BIG rain drops. Next time I'll need to be more like Karl Malden, Not leave home without IT..(RAINSUIT). We tried looking for dot com stickers, but didn't see any. Maybe next time we'll run into you all, and thats far from wrong with nitro on the trolling motor!!J/K
I just KNOW it was a big one!!!
