Unusually warm weather getting the females to the pads early. 2 mph trolling with small white grub and red or char jig VERY productive in 3-5 ft water. The best fishing is around the pads , 6:30pm on...1-2 foot...lighted bobbers.The biguns comeout at nite. Muddy

hey mike. i have been fishing some backwaters on the st joe river. the south channel on maxie( headed towa.rd the marina is allways good for crapps). the west bank north of the pub launch is shallow and can be fished in the evening . ancher in 3-4 foot and use glowsticks
