If you can on your boat you may look at moving your battery to the front, anchors as well. try not to add weight but move the weight around you already have

i fish out of a 18ft ranger and there is no way i could move my batteries.i will try to move some more things to the ront storage and try it
figure out how much weight you want to add and find a buddy that weighs about that much. That type of weight will sometimes even pay for part of the gas.:D
I have moved an 48qt. cooler with water up front as needed. When you don`t need it just empty the cooler.
