Default Off to the prop shop.

Off to Midwest Propeller... Like to start the season with a new looking prop. No nicks or bends. Usually about $50... not counting the gas for the trip ($10-$12)...but I have to drive by Bass Pro Shop to get there... More like drive; buy... $$$. Supposed to be warm Sunday and Monday...

Back now... Good thing I took the prop to the shop... Plastic hub was cracked... Just waiting for a stump to cause it to fail and leave me stranded. Bought a spare too.

Got it! Thanks! Try to get my prop over there and hopefully be done before Toronto camp.

I was wrong about price... Cost $100 to have a bent blade straightened, a bunch of nicks filled and polished and the pitch checked. They do good work. Had them add some "cup" a year ago (to make it hold better). All the boat dealers in the KC area use them. You will get your prop back faster and save $$ by taking it there yourself.
