    Thumbs down Gas

Has gas prices gotten anyone else down? I am really going to have to plan ahead for all my fishing trips When it costs $20 to fill up a 6 gallon tank, crap is getting real

Went up another 10¢ here today. Reg unleaded $3.39 a gallon, the good stuff was $3.59.

They are calling for it to hit $4.00+ a gallon by Memorial day weekend. Thats would be $100 each way to the lake for me =$200.00 + 12 gallons for the boat (min) 12x$4.20= $50.40

Hell I hope my grass grows slowly this year.

to be honest i don't pay much attention to the gas prices, never have. i figure it's something i have to have and i try not to let it affect any of my trip's i plan...it does suck though but if i can afford to drive to and from work all week all be damn'd if it will keep me from taking my hunting and fishing trip's.

This will help you plan for a trip but it is a bit depressing to look at

I don't pay attention that much either but it has gotten to the point that I have to. But you are right, I am going hunting and fishing no matter what the price of gas is. I guess I am going to have to mount a trailer hitch to a horse and keep on keeping on:D

Gas in Lincoln, Mo (on the way to Truman for me) is 3.26 a gallon for regular. I try to fill up there. I save 2 bucks a tank. Whoopee!

We use the company truck on weekends. Part of the package. They pay for the gas in it.
So were only out boat gas. And i try to fish within 5 miles of the ramp. Also during the week if I go its within 30 minutes of the house. $4 per gallon diesel sure hurts.
