Spawn @ Weiss and Neely Henry ?

Does anyone know if the spawn has happened yet and what the water temps are this week? Need to get back out there and wanted to know where to start. Thanks.

Roger, are you going to fish the club tourney on Weiss Saturday? As far as your questions goes I really do not have answer. As of Saturday a week ago the water temp was 61-63 in the area of Canoe Creek. I figure with the time and the temperature since then that the temp will be close to the same (maybe 62-65).

Temp in Waterhouse and Trooters 2 weeks ago was 65 to 68 in the afternoon

Son just came in. Temp is around 68-69 on Neely Henry, He got several NICE ones. brought home the limit.(30) the Blacks have laid out,But the white are full of eggs. most of his bigger ones came out of around 10ft of water.Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reports from everyone. Yes we are planning on fishing in the club tournament on Weiss. I am having a problem with my back but hope to get to fish. Will not get to pre fish so we will probably be competing for last place.:rolleyes:

I will not be pre-fishing either and have fished Weiss once in the past two years. I bet I am going to be on them.
