    Went yesterday caught 2 shorts around the bridge at camp branch. Tried for walleye at the damn and only caught a old rod&reel, Anyone having better luck than I at Smithville lake.

    Tried to go fishin' once this winter but 'Baller had a full slip. (Hate to see him in a half-slip!)... Camp?... Signed up to take a Civil Service test that weekend. Probably would have better luck fishing particularly since I don't have Veterans preferance. Not crazy about goin back to work full time but less crazy about standing all day sayin' "Welcome to Wal-Mart" Hope it doesn't come to THAT.
