    Default Fishing Pads

I asked this question on the Tenn Web site and got no responses.

When fishing pads and the pads are abundant is there a way to select more productive spots to fish within the pads or is it basically trial and error? In the past I have just kept dipping jigs till I come across fish.

I guess you mean lily pads? First make sure your gear is heavy enough to pull a fish (and not only panfish) out through them, including your line and rod. You may want to use braid. Then just start on one end and drop your jig into any spot you can.
