Spider rigging

I am new to spider rigging for crappie and had a question about the pole holders to use. I recently purchased a used 11-2 basstender 2 man boat. What kind of rigging should I get for this boat and how many poles is max. I also dont want the rigging to get in the way of the snap down cover.
Also what kind of rod/ reel combo should I purchase.

go to you tube and search spider rigging there some great videos there and look at what they use thats what i did and i got alot of info there and you will get to see some great fishing as well
