    Default DO U TITE LINE....Exclusively?

Just wondering how many guys fish this way.

I own and have fished with everything from spider rigs, bobbers on a ultralight, beetle spin casting, trolling jigs, crankbaits, you name it, but if I died and went to crappie heaven, I would ALWAYS catch em tite lining a 1/16 blk / chart jig under a 9 foot sam heaton with a tiny (line holding) 4oz BNM "reel", with 7ft of line out in 9ft of water!!!!!!!!!:D OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH MANNNNNNNNNNN I just got excited!

Can ya feel that tick.....HUH? Can ya FEEL IT!!!!!!!!!!!!:D

Nothing like that 2lb slab DOMINO-ING your jig and having to net him on that Sams supersensitive!

    ANybody?......Anybody?

I hear ya man. I had my first round of spider riggin this weekend, and we caught fish. It's a good way to catch'em, but I still like my tight lining too. If I can catch them like that, that's my preference. Nothing like that thump, it's addicting.:D

Man love that thump. Would rather caught 5 tight line than 20 under a cork. It's worst than when I use to fish for green carp. Can't explain it. It's like a drug. I'm addictted.
Can't wait for the next thump.

I tried that one time. The BVD's acted like a floatation device and I had a hard time controlling the upper floatation devices working against the lower floatation device. :D

i have to vote for the THUMP. nothin like slowly movin the jig around then getting a sudden rush of adrenaline when you set the hook. i would have to say that seeing the line pop from a bite while retrieving after shooting a jig under a dock or along a bushline comes in a close second. its the complete opposite. dont feel much, sometime nothing, but you sure see it.

I like the thump, but I like watching that float go down, too.

    It's a win/win situation.

No, I don't exclusively tightline pole-in-hand, but it is my favorite. I do know what you mean about get the thump. It's probably the most addictive thing in the world.
