If you are referring to Walnut Creek ramp on Toronto Lake, Crappie Chatt., it's a "no go" there. The ramp is located on highway 105 that runs down the eastern side from Toronto town, and south. This would be the way to get to the Holiday ramp on the west side of the dam. The ramp (a bad one) at Walnut creek is a very small road (one lane) that you have to back in what seems like a 1/2 mile, and no way to turn around down at the ramp.
The Holiday ramp (west side of dam) is a fairly good. This is the one to use if you don't want pay the Kansas State Park fees.

Kansas is notorious for charging one to drive in their parks. They use to tell people (visitors) that came to a Kansas State Park, and wanted to just drive around--- you can, but, you must keep your wheels (tires) moving at all time--no stopping. How's that for Kansas friendship?

I have no problem paying the State Park fees. Toronto has one of the nicest parks around and that takes $$$. I buy a State Park pass sticker every year as well as the COE pass. Thanks for the info ba. <*)}}}><
