Mixed Catch

I had a mixed catch while crappie fishing yesterday. I caught an 11 # channel on my crappie rig. I was lucky to get him in on my Zebco 33 rig with 6# test line. I also caught a couple of 12" crappie and several 10" crappie.
I didn't catch much but a small fiddler channel and 1 crappie today.

Thanks. Hey, GABoy, my wife is from Macon, she used to fish most of the lakes around Macon. She said the brim and crappie fishing around the cypress knees was always good.

Here is another Channel I caught crappie fishing. I caught several 10-11" crappie today. I admit, I caught this channel on a catfish rig I had out while I was crappie fishing. To be honest, sometimes I crappie fish just to find out where they are knowing a large channel or flathead is probably going to be nearby.
I truely enjoy crappie fishing but they can't put up the battle a big cat will.
