Black/chartruce, red/chartruce, blue/white, red/white, purple/white tubes and or Slab Busters. Also pink tubes work really good in Mississippi. I like long lining with chartruce/red Sliders or watermelon/chartruce Sliders

On Truman any combination of colors as long as one of them is Chartruse. I always like BLK/CHAR. but have been catching a lot of fish last two years on WHT/YELLOW body with CHAR. triple tail.

Color doesn't matter to me much. I can't get them to bite any color.

Black/Chartreuse, Blue/white, and now also Electric Chicken. Usually use bright orange or white minnow-head 1/16oz jig.

Black/Chartreuse,or Pink. On MT I caught my Biggest/and best limit on Sparkle Blue/white.

Black/Chart. tube or Silver/Smoke BG Swim Minnow in dark water. Emerald Shad or Elect Chicken BG Swim Minnow in clearer water. Usually tipped with a white or chart. nibble.

No mention of white / chart which surprises me some. Black/chart surely is a staple, white/blue for clear water and white/red or white/yellow for night fishing are on my list. But is it color or the confidence you have with a color to try it and stay with it that makes the difference for most of us? I'll fish ten times longer with something I have confidence in than something that I don't.

And by the way, what is that electric chicken thingie? That conjures all types of funny mental images. :p

My favorite is a 1/8 oz ball head weedless jig with a swimmin' minnow. Has worked good the last couple of years.

For vertical dock fishing, 1/32 ounce orange/chart Hoop's Special jighead from Cottonmouth Lures paired with either a white/chart or black/chart SlabBuster jig and a chart nibble. Many a good meal from that combo!

Haven't been to LOZ yet this spring. Last spring it was white/white roadrunner. We killed up on the Little N. At Wappapello I've had great luck on the spillway ( no length restriction) with white in high water and yellow when it gets back to near normal depth.
