    does anyone use the whirley bees?i use them all the time and love the pro models last spring i caught a 2 1/4 pound crappie in old hickory with 1.my dad was using minnows and had 5 in the boat in the same amount of time i had 12.he stopped using minnows and started using 1 of my whirleys.told him live bait was a waste of time.:D

    I have never used them, but I'm big fan of its creator, Charlie Brewer. I have no doubt it would catch fish.

    I always carry a Whirley Bee (Junebug/chart tail) ... and have caught some nice Crappie on them. I even went so far as to shoot docks with them (but, bare in mind, most were very "open" docks ... LOL ) ... and caught some nice Crappie out from under them, until - that is - I hit the dockside one time too many, and the spinner came off :p
    Charlie Brewer makes some great plastics & baits ... been familiar with his stuff for "many" years.

    I too use them! My son caught a 3 lb. 10 oz. on a hot pink one,our biggest so far. Charlie Brewer makes some fine products.

    you cannot beat his sliders products you can buy the slider kit on their site comes 1000 sliders about 25 different colors reasonable price very good use them for crappie bluegill and bass love them.whirley bees are great too.

    Wish I had a 5 gallon bucket of them. And sliders also. Hope to buy about $100 of his products in a month or so.

    how do they work for spider rig trolling? If they came in 1/32 1/24 or 1/16 looks like they may do pretty well. Anyone trolled w/ them?
