Has anyone here dealt with Lurecraft Inc. in LaGrange, IN?

Has anyone here dealt with Lurecraft out of LaGrange IN? I placed an order with them on March 9th via their web site and immediately received an order confirmation. I received an invoice on Monday, March 10th. After a week, I sent them an e-mail requesting an update on the status of my order. The next day I received an e-mail reply stating the order was shipped Priority Mail the day the invoice was sent. It has now been over two weeks and still no package. I requested they either re-ship or put a trace on the package on Saturday. It's now Tuesday evening and no response.

I'm interested in anyone else's experience with this company. At this point in time, if they do not respond to the request that I sent them this evening, I'm going to contact my CC company and request a refund. I would much rather have the product and be a happy customer, but it shouldn't take over two weeks to receive a package from LaGrange, IN shipped to Indianapolis, IN.

If they shipped it via the Post Office, it could take 2 weeks. Why I dont know, but have been in similar circumstance with other products.

Recommend you find how they shipped it.

They said it was shipped USPS Priority Mail. My father just retired from the Post Office, and said it should have been here in three days maximum.

Would do what you are thinking cancel the order or make them
come up with a freebie for your time and effort. Tell them there are other places that give better service.

I have ordered from them before and had no problem. I received my order promptly and accurately. I can only speak from my own experience though

I ordered from them and got my stuff pretty quick. I would call them. They due have great customer service over the phone.
