I looked closely at them, but after trying them out I chose not to go that route because:

    They were soooo expensive.

You have a difficult time turning over. I mean it's REALLY difficult. Try it and you'll see what I mean. I guess if you constantly stayed on your back or stomach it would be OK.

I chose instead a Stearns and Foster that while still a little pricey was just perfect.

    Hope this helps.

Very warm to sleep on. I got a latex mattress, best sleep i've had in years.

We got one of those Tempur Pedic pads that goes on top of the mattress. It helped, but it's almost too warm (or I'm menopausal, I'm not sure! HA!) It has been better for both our backs though, and cheaper than replacing the mattress. Got it at Sam's for around $100.00 I think. We've had it for over a year now, and it still springs back when you get up.

Do they make the mattress softer? I hate, despise, loathe, abominate, detest, and execrate these new things they call mattresses. They are junk and way, way, way too hard. Even the softess pillow top ones. Oh to have my old feather mattress back. And I don't want to hear all this stuff about being better for my back. Did I mention I don't like the new mattresses?

Well, it does sorta "cradle you in comfort" When you're lying down, it fits all your contours. It is hard to roll over though. Although, when I think about it, it's not as difficult to change positions as it was in my grandma's feather bed. I remember it being hard to climb out of that bed when I was little. LOL We both have back trouble (I know, who doesn't?) Thought about one of those waterbeds with the individual channels, but just don't know.

I want one of the "Sleep Number beds" i here they are the best. I, like you, are in need of another something to sleep on. My wife and I sleep on a king size bed. A "Sleep Number bed " in size is 4k

I have slept on a full motion water bed for 20+ years. I too was considering the waveless along with the tempur pedic. Would probably be cheaper to try a new waveless mattress than the other options.
