Well, just came off the water, and don't know hardly had to explain it. We planted a couple of trees, and there is probably enough dirt in the lake, they might start growing. Had a guy ask a question, that I had never been asked before while on the lake - "have you guys seen a 7 slip dock go by you this morning?"

Haven't looked at the official measurement, but on our end (Big Niangua) it is some over 660 which is full pool. I have only seen it higher 1 time in the almost 6 years we've had a place down here. And, current like I have never seen

Really cloudy and lots of miscellaneous debris up here on the main channel by the dam. Fish are hard to come to by. More time for catching up on the "to do" list.

    mark lo,

Yes the lake is a mess, logs, trash and allkinds of muddy flotsam. Can not keep it away from the dock here at the 4+ MM of the Niangua!

Did see the lake higher about 4 or 5 years ago in January of all months, probably 661 or 661.5, as half of our ramp was under the muddy water.

Wonder how the bass tournament fishermen are doing in this sludge!

The last fish I caught today was wearing a miner's helmet and a lamp.

Didn't know there was any other Big Niangua guys on here. Send me a PM sometime and maybe we can fish together when this water clears up. Have a friend that multi-spieces and had a couple of guys down that wanted to focus on bass. They fished all yesterday afternoon and today up to a bit ago, and caught 0
