    i just found this site and it's awsome. lots of good info on here.


    i've been doing a lot of fishing here in the panhandle of florida lately and the slabs are biting pretty good. i caught 17 yesterday but could only manage to boat 2 today.

    I like the panhandle of Florida and am thinking of driving down to Pensacola late spring or early summer. Was last down there in 2004. Never fished the freshwater back when- was always out in the intercoastal.

    hey uncle; all the big fish are in that saltwater. you would do way better fishing out there than in these little mud hole ponds and lakes, hehehehehe


    i'm over in fortwalton at hurlburt field, it's an airforce base right on hwy 98
