    Default Can you use lights in VA


    I'm moving back to Richmond after being in NC for two years. I had never lights at night to attract fish until I moved down there. Now that I had so much success I wanted to try it in VA. But I have heard that you cannot submerge lights to attract fish. Is this true? Can I have a latern suspended above the water and be okay?
