I was going to request the free recipes, but I can't do pdf files. The titles sounded good, though.
The cheese cracker breading that I posted here last year was originally for catfish. Catfish and other firm fish hold up better in sauteed dishes, but if you don't mind "fish bits" crappie taste okay.
