Classic case of cabin fever. The first day's that get above 45 wee want to hit the lake and think the fishing will be great. I do it every year and after about an hour or so I remember last year and head back to the cabin. LOL

Its even worse here. We still have ice. Not safe to walk on, but still can't get a boat in.

How about they are still driving trucks on our ice up here. We got several inches of snow last night and I wouldn't be suprised if our ice lasted until may.

I need to move somewhere warmer.

That brings back memories of the first time I put my little boat on the water. I bought it in the dead of winter from a guy that I worked with. The first day that the ice wasn't on the lake, I called my father-in-law to see if he wanted to go fishing. He thought I was crazy, but we headed out in 34 degree weather and about a 25 mph wind. You talkin' about COLD! Anyways, it got us out of the house and got rid of the cabin fever.

I'm planning to put my little boat in maybe this weekend, maybe next, and don't even care if I get skunked.

It was in the high 60's here on Tuesday and today we are back to the 40's,looks like the temps will be turning around for the weekend/next week though. Now all we need is to get rid of this nonstop wind and things will be good.
