Default May Be Wrong Place But I Need Help With Flag Rules

People I know I should know the answer being a Veteran but im ashamed to say I dont. I was taking my Son to the baseball field yesterday for practice when we passed by a house with a flag pole. Flying high on that flag pole was only one flag, the mexican flag. Now I know that this is not ethical but is it also illegal?? I do know one thing I will be at our News Paper Office today since she is the wife of a Vet
Soldiers and Firefighters. Some people were meant to call 911, Some were meant to BE 911

According to this, it is not illegal to fly another country's flag.

    (quoted/copied from above link) ....

    FAQ ---
"I have a neighbor flying a Mexican flag and no US flag. Is this a violation of the flag code?"

"The Flag Code requires that the US flag be flown on federal institutions, including public schools. It does not require you to fly the US flag and it does not forbid you from displaying a foreign flag. For example, someone with Irish heritage may proudly fly an Irish flag and is not required to fly the US flag. In the early 1900s there was hostility when the German flag was flown in the US, prompting Theodore Roosevelt to state that we had one flag, and one language. We are again revisiting tensions, this time it is the Mexican flag. We understand the emotional tensions of the situation, however, the Flag Code does not support those who wish to forbid the flying of the Mexican flag within our borders without also flying the US flag."

The only thing I know of that isnt legal is if you are flying a america flag that there is no other flag above the flag.....but as far as flying a single flag.....you can pretty much do as you feel is right.

I personally dont feel its right, but hey with all the foreigners coming into america.....I guess they feel they have to let them fly there rags

This kind of fits in with a email going around about the Montebello High School in California.
Here is the Snopes take on this email http://www.snopes.com/photos/politics/mexicoflag.asp
“There is no difference between communism and socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end: communism proposes to enslave men by force, socialism—by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide.” Ayn Rand

Sounds to me theyre asking for some trouble if there's any "rednecks" in your immediate area.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

What’s sad is when you do see other country flags being flown, they are clean, not ripped, torn, frayed or faded. On the other hand, you will see the flag of the United States of America in every state of condition from faded, frayed strips of red and white, hung up in trees, torn and tattered on antennas, tail gates, hung improperly - well you get the picture. Proud to be an American and I respect others.
