Default Fishing adverse conditions pays off.

Sometimes. Water is up about 5 feet above normal winter pool. Water is muddy and heavily stained and the water is trashy (logs and debris). However, with my expert abilities as a pomoxis finder, it was a walk on the water. Ha.

We got on the water late Thurs evening. Wind was up, but we needed a break from tree cuttin' uppin.

Several biggun's in this batch. I don't weigh 'em, I eat 'em. We caught good fish considering the conditions.

Nice, very nice. I was wondering if the water was still muddy.Should be able to get back into those wading holes. Are they ready yet? Call me.

Wading holes are full of debris (sticks, cans, plastic bottles, bobbers, etc). TVA will suck the bottom out of the river this coming week. That will be real good for fishing. I will go around the banks next week and expand my bobber collection.

We need high water here to wash the crap up river ocassionally. Send the litter up to the OHIO river.
