Default Anyone tried Duck Creek Lately

I've got a 3 day weekend comming up and was planning on going to Duck Creek. I know the north end hasn't been real good in a few years, I was just curious if anyone was having luck there yet

I didn't realize that you could get a report from the office, I knew they started putting them online sometime in april. Thanks for the info. I caught a ton of nice redear out of there last year but I haven't got to fish it for crappie in 4 or 5 years myself.

I used to fish Duck Creek from Feb. till May, then would move over to Wapapello.
Untill recently I didn't know that the lake contained Red Ear. I will be there for sure this year.

I attached a picture of a cooler full of bluegill and redear, the larger redear on top was 11".

WOW those are nice. Wish I was closer. Could be a good time with a fly rod.

    Default semocrappie

Back in the 60's I took a weeks vacation and fished for blue gill everyday. We used to throw the fish in the cooler with the ice and beer, Brother-in law never did get use to the slime on his beer.
