    Is it leagal to fish multiple rods in Michigan? I live in SC. I have my boat rigged for Spider rigging. I can fish 16 poles at a time no problem. My dad has a cabin up in Lewiston and I told him I would come up there and show him how to slow troll for crappie with multiple rods. He said it was illegal in michigan to fish multiple rods.

    I'm no expert on the subject, but unless you're running a charter, I believe you can only have 2 rods per person. Check out this website it might have a better answer than I do. http://www.michigan.gov/dnr
    I'd rather be on the lake enjoying the thrill of my rod telling me there's a fish on the end of my line. :D
