Default Setting up a Lund boat, need some help

I'm setting up a 19 ft. Lund Gran sport deep v. I'm putting in rod holders and need a little a help on placement. Also what is the average height and distance away from your seat. A few pictures would be great too.

    Thanks

    Randy

If you mount the base for a holder in the bow of the boat, how high do you guys put your rod holder. Knee high! And how close with in reach are the holders. I'll be fishing out of a regular boat seat. Im making my own so anything to get me in the ballpark. I know some of you have used trial and error, Im tring to cut down on error.

I cut some 5/4 deck boards and made a framework to fit my front deck. Used it to mount bases for trial and error until I figure out exactly where I want things.

    Default rod holders

You can also use some 1" pvc pipe to mock up your set up..really cheap and really adjustable as long as you have a hack saw. Good Luck..

Do you have the sportrac system in the gunwale? If you do just mount rodholders to the sliding mounts. Xcellent boat sir. I have 20' Lund Alaskan ,we really enjoy the safety and the room. Good Fishing !

I don't have the sportrac, was that a after market system. My boat is a 2002 model.
