    Default Lake Texoma Crappie

A member of the Texas Fishing Forum posted this catch his wife made March 4th on Lake Texoma. The Crappie was 16 3/4" and it weighed 2.9lbs. After the June Crappie Tournament people will realize catching that size Crappie is not unusual.

The Tournament information is a sticky topic.

For those of you looking for more info on Texoma...especially with the upcoming tournament in June '08:

B'n'M Pro Staffer Wes Belcher has an article published on the B'n'M website about fishing Texoma in March...other great articles there as well:

I think the real catch in that pic is that guys wife. Does she have a sister?
Good things come to those who bait.

    LOL!!!

That's a nice crappie, we don't get to many that big around here, the growing season is too short.

Is his wife a lawn dwarf? If not, THAT is one NICE Crappie !!
Teach your kids to hunt and fish and you won't have to hunt for your kids !!
