This idea was floated a couple of weeks ago, but there was very little interest. The "Panfish" board is where most of the fly talk goes on.
Is there a fly-fishing forum here? I didn't see one, but maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
If there isn't, is there a possibility one could be started?
Thank you!

Thanks. Think they might try it just to see (please)?

crappie.com is all about crappie fishing. This board, the main forum, is probably as good a place as any to share tactics - flies, plastics, hand-ties, live bait and so on. I rarely pull out my fly rod, but still appreciate seeing pics like those you posted (both the flies and the fish).
You could PM slab (the site owner) and see if he can add a section on flyfishing for crappie, only thing is, there's a whole lot of us that would, likely as not, enjoy any posts you might make there, but we'd miss them because we're not real focused on fly-fishing and aren't quite so likely to browse flyfishing forums.
Personally, I'd like to see you keep posting right here on the main board so none of us misses any of your posts.
Just my 2 cents.
We don't have so much traffic that a good post would get buried too quickly. I would entertain discussions about fly-fishing any time- I don't do much of it for crappie, but have strapped an underspin onto my St. Crioix 7 wt bass fly-rod in order to use it for crappie fishing.
May find a few more people that tie flies and fly fish on the jig tying board. Also know some hang out on the panfish board.
I live on Chautauqua lake in NY and one of the best crappie anglers I know uses strictly fly gear for crappies. He cuts small teardrops out of white porkrind about 3/4 inch I think. He smacks em.
Good things come to those who bait.
