    Default Brett Favre Retires

ESPN and NFLN are reporting he's retired. 17 years, 442 TDs, 61,655 yards.

What a career though, huh? I'm a little disappointed, was hoping he'd come back with all the weapons he has in Driver, Jennings, and James Jones.

Yup, 253 consecutive regular season starts, 275 including playoffs. Went out on a high note from last season, too.

I don't ever remember him in a story on the news that was negative! He will be missed for years to come.

He was one of the greatest ever, he is one of the last of a different time of NFL player. Plus he has one of the funniest lines in any movie in " There's Something about Mary"
"Those who will trade a little liberty for a little security will lose both and deserve neither" Thomas Jefferson
