Default Yamaha 60hp 4-Stroke question, plug removal

man, this sounds dumb! But I wanted to take the plugs out of my Yammy, check 'em, and reinstall them with some antisieze on the threads to make sure the steel doesn't bond with the aluminum forever. And put some dielectric grease on the rubber boots as well.

What size spark plug socket do you use? Is this some kind of metric one or what? None of the "standard" SAE spark plug sockets fit.

Joe on my 02 Mercury (built by Yamaha) 25hp 4-stroke motor has 18mm spark plugs in it. Had to go to Lowes and buy a deep socket just to take them out.
