    Twelve-year-old Ethan was all smiles when he landed a 2.5-pound white bass first thing this morning. The crappie were slow all day until about 3:30 this afternoon but Ethan hung in there and caught several more fish including a 15.5-inch crappie that weighed just under 2-pounds and a 15-inch crappie that was 1-pound, 11-ounces:


    Not to be out-done his dad caught a 15.5-inch white crappie that was 2-pounds even, which I think he said was the biggest one he's ever caught:


    I think they'll both remember this trip and talk about it for years to come:
