Wolf Bayou

Mr. Baker, you might be able to answer this one. Years ago back in the late 60's maybe early 70's, I used to fish an oxbow off the Mississippi River called Wolf Bayou. Its in Pemiscot County near Portageville MO. I used to pull some hawg crappie and bream out of there. Does anyone know anything about it now? I may try to hit it this spring sometime. I understand that the Conservation Dept. has deemed it a "natural area" and only allows electric motors now so I guess I'll keep my Yamaha trimmed up out of the water.
