    Default Peanut Oil

WENT TO SAM'S CLUB TODAY! A GALLON OF PEANUT OIL WAS $7.95; TODAY A GALLON WAS OVER $12.00. ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THE FILLETS IN MY FREEZER? FILLETS ARE NOT GOOD IF NOT FRIED.

I rarely fry fish. You can't change the flavor of fried fish too much.
Grill or bake it. You can even pan fry it. Some of my favorite recipes are.
Almond and Panko (Japanese style bread crumbs) crusted pan fried fish with a nice sauce
    Lemon grilled fillets
    Asarandiado grilled fillets
Pouch (aluminum foil pouches, grilled or baked) fish Almondine
    ect.
Gimme an idea of what kind of flavors you're looking for and I'll post some recipes for you.

Wholesale prices have went up around 6 percent because of the cost of fuel (distribution) and sales are down. Most of the farmers are going to grow soybeans because of the money is better and biofuel is big time right now. Everything will go higher as well. Except the time you spend fishing. Something is gonna have to give and right now its the pocket books. But baked fish is better for you.

Shoot, after $40 of diesel in the truck, $10 of gas in the boat, and
losing $5 worth of jigs, my fishes is probably costing upwards of $5 a piece
so oil is the least of my worries :D

Nah, seriously it stinks everything going up, but might as well try to laugh
    about it instead of crying.
