    Default Dry Hands Minnow Bucket

Has anyone used this minnow bucket?? How would you compare it to the Frabil Bucket with the lift up net..?

    I would appreciate your opinion...

I have used one. Only thing I see is they don't hold a lot of minnows. I would love to see this bucket a little taller so you could bring more bait with you. It is a good bucket just wish it were taller as I take a lot of minnows when fishing a full day on the water.

    Hey DonG,
I have one of the buckets.A couple of the things I dont like about it is it almost always take two hands to use and it gets water in the boat. The water in the boat is no problem in the summer but in the winter this can be a problem. On the good side it does keep your hands out of the water.

With the air pump 50-75 is about all I felt comfortable with as the plastic insert in the bucket takes up a lot of the room for the minnows.

    Thumbs up

I really like the Dry Hands Minnow Bucket, Don....I usually put in 3 dozen minnows in them, and during tournaments about 4 or 5 dozen. I like the idea with the aerator is attached to it, and the liner keeps the water temperature the same for a long time. The minnows stays alive a lot longer with this bucket than any other that I ever used. I don't have a problem of getting any water in the boat as long as the water is not filled above the line. I do agree with dwightparks that it should be taller, and not as wide. I recommend it!
