The Town Was Jumping With Boats This Morning. Must Have Been 15 Boats In The Creek We Were Going To Fish. Lots Of Spider-minnowing Going On. We Went To Some Smaller Creeks Instead. Caught A Few On Chartreuse/white And Plain Chartreuse 1 1/2" Tube Jigs. Fish Also Liked White And Chartreuse Twist Tail Jigs 1 1/2". Found Them On Brush In Creek Mouths In 20 Ft. Of Water. Caught A Few On The Main Lake But They Were Tiny.

NOT MUCH GOING ON THERE RIGHT NOW PAINTER. THE SPOT ON THE LEFT GOING UP RIVER GAVE UP A COUPLE OF DINKS. THEIR STILL IN THE CREEK MOUTHS. SEEM TO BE MOVING BACK DURING THE DAY. THE FISH THAT ARE ON THE MAIN CHANNEL ARE SMALL, AND FUSSY ABOUT WHAT THEY WILL HIT. YOUR KIND OF PRESENTATION WAS WORKING TODAY. LOTS OF LIMITS CAUGHT BEFORE TEN OCLOCK.
