i promise my profile picture is a good clear picture but to me it looks black and white and really blurry i have asked a few people here on help with it but no answer guess they dont know how although they have one so would some kind person please help me with mine thx

You have too much pictured in 80 by 60 pixels. As a result, sharpness falls off as detail is lost and colors tend to blend to a uniform balance. An 80 by 60 pixel posting is best restricted to a tight head shot.
