    Noboby home today. Fried some crappie the "old fashion way". They were good!

    All thats for you??????? Looks great.

    I really like crappie and any pan fish with the bones.
    Although I'd never make any (bones) about having fillets either. :D

    I did that with some bream not too long ago. I don't know why. I just got hungry for fish the way Paw Pa used to do it.

    Aaaahh! The old fashioned way......BONE IN!! I love 'em that way but every since I got that electric fillet knife it's just too durn much trouble other than filleting 'em. Looks really good though.

    It's amazing the taste difference between fillets and whole fish, both of them delicious!

    Now you've gone and made me hungry for some whole fish. Those look great.

    It's amazing how much a millionare would pay to eat like us ole working folks!!!
