the question that i have is what color ,,,,flavor,,,, and all the other good stuff that goes with it if a fella would buy it all to try he would have to have a house boat to haul it and 3 woman and 2 men to get it all rigged up i mean i have bought tubes all differant colors and styles so as far as that goes i should have all them covered and have even bought some spinners cranks and so on but still am kinda lost ..........

    Hey Scott,

Welcome from Alabama. You can make your own "enhancer" out of annise, vegetable oil, and garlic. Push a tiny bit of cotton or small piece of sponge into your tubes beforehand. Take an eyedropper and add your liquid "scent" to your tubes, or just keep them in a plastic jar filled with your mixture. Take one out and go fish.

As for colors, I'm a basic kind of fisherman.
    Chartreuse and black
    Chartreuse and white
    Chartreuse and Aqua Blue
    Chartreuse and Pink
    Chartreuse and Chartreuse
    Red and White

Those will get you bit in most waters and catch you a lot of Crappies. The key is to fish slow and pay attention.

If you have a jig head, why do you need the two split shots?

To balance the float. Those floats will not be balanced correctly with just the weight of a typical crappie jig.

Try this one. Use plumbers teflon tape or dental floss.
