    Default Silver Lake

Drove all the way to Castle Rock to try for some crappies.
I've heard from several people that they've been biting really good.
So I hooked up the boat, put on the sunglasses and headed down,
    the I-5 corridor.
Well. I about 20 miuntes from our destination, it got really cloudy....
Then while launching the boat the wind picked up it was nasty....
Water temp 52-53 degrees. Kept hope alive, but not the bite.
Fished all day. Not a single bite.

Gas for Truck & Boat $60
    Bait & munchies $15
Hangin' out with my retired Grandfather....Priceless.

I think we need to take lessons from the South Carolina board on how to fill up the boat with fish.
