    Not sure where you are referring to but an unknown early season eye deal is the upper end of the Kings River in the area of the 86 bridge. Stick baits or jigs were a place to start in the past. Not easy to find but it typically was late January / early February start even during cold years. Haven't had the chance to go for a few years so not sure if its still relevant or not.

    they havent moved up kings river yet now that being said after the last rain it muddyed up pretty bad.Darrell and I went up there and not a boat or bank fisherman to be seen, there just hasnt been a normanl day of fishing since Nov. soon it will get better...

    im with ya slayer these boys just need to take ACTION !! go get them guys the fish are always biting.
    slayer and i have been hitting it all winter and doing a fine job ,should i say so myself!!!! the time is NOW !! EVERYONE ON THE LAKE THIS WEEKEND !! NOW GO !!!!
