    Default -30 degrees

We are having a vile day here in NY. Lake effect snow with 50 mph winds and -30 windchill. Blinding blizzard 0 visibility from the wind. Its 50 degrees in TN and sunny. I'm dreaming of being there right now.

It's 73 degrees F in East Texas right now. Went yesterday with my brother and he took off his shirt to work on his tan. (wasn't a pretty sight!) Come spend a winter here and you will never go back to NY!

    Hey GRIZZ:

Sorry to hear you're having such horrible weather up there. There was a little frost on the boat dock this morning but it got up to 65 with full sun all day so it was pretty nice out. The crappie are moving up the creek arms towards their spawning areas so Spring is just around the corner here.

Hey Grizz, take solace in the fact the ones telling us how warm they are are going to get hit next with the cold.

Yea, we have a cool-down coming. There's a couple days in the 10-day forecast where we may not quite reach 50-degrees and it's not supposed to get back up to 60 until Thursday. Looks like there are a couple nights where we'll dip a little below freezing again. But HOLY COW, THIRTY-DEGREES BELOW ZERO WIND CHILL!!!!!!!!!!! Makes me cold just thinking about it!!!!!!!!

yeah, we usually open up the swimming pool when it hits 50 degrees!!!! LOL!

Tell ya what, the drive to work this morning was NOT FUN! Even when you get outside the lake-snow bands, the blowing and drifting makes you keep your knuckles white.

According to the weatherbug, it's up to 14 degrees -woohoo!!! The wind has died down a bit so now the wind-chill is up to 4 degrees.
