They shouldn't as the the GPS antennas is passive equipment. They don't transmit anything like a transducer.
Here is a question for you. Suppose I have a Lowrance unit on the bow with an internal antenna and I have a humminbird unit with GPS antenna on the console. If those 2 units are on at the same time....will they interfere with each other getting a signal? I know that you can rig 2 of the same brands together to just use one external antenna. But when you have to unlike brands and each is a GPS unit then will there be a problem?

They won't. I have a Lowrance 337 on the bow, a Lowrance 111 and a Bird 997 on the console and they are get along great together!
They could, but probably won't if they are well designed. Two receivers placed near each other can interfere in a way that isn't often noticed. Oscillator noise from one can couple into the other and reduce the receiver's ability to adjust to changes in signal level or even block out one receiver if it's strong enough. Fortunately, just a little increase in distance between them will cure it if it's a problem. Try it before you drill, but it probably won't be an issue.
If I didn't know better I'd swear a couple of you are ham radio operators.

I have a Lowrance LCX-27C on the bow and a Humminbird 997C SI on the console. The GPS receivers are about 6 feet apart along opposite gunnels near the center of the boat and I do not have any problems with them.
