If you are using the ones that come on breathing bottles, use the lowest setting or the next notch. You really don't need much. I've kept 50 pound catfish alive in summer time water temps by just running it on about 10 minutes every hour.

I am thinking about running oxygen from a tank to my minnows. Does anyone know about the regulator. Such as how many liters per minute or hour I need. Thanks

I looked into the medical oxygen but I have a buddy who works at a welding supply store and things look cheaper through there. He is trying to figure out what kind of regulator I need.

I don't know how it would compare. All I know is you need very little flow. Just a tiny bit of bubbles coming out of the air stone, and it doesn't need to run all the time.

Heres where you need to look. www.fisho2go.com affordable systems designed for fishing applications.Remember pure oxygen can be dangerous.
I am interested about this as well. I want it for my livewell instead of my bait bucket though.
Why go thru expense of oxygen--go to pet store or wally world & buy 110 volt aerator for a pet fish tank, many styles 10 to $20. never need refill, always works, meant to run 24hr/day. First, cost is only cost. I have a $10.99 one I use between fish trips for my minnows and a 12 volt mino-mizer in boat. The mino-mizer is great for boat as it does two things, one adds oxygen, and two it cools the water(thru evaporation) as it sprays it out, thats really important in 80 plus degree days. Just my cheap 2 cents.
I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it.....
