Sun 3rd was very good late till after dark. Long island was hot, off & on. Moved alot, got 9 crappies, 6 keepers. W/ alot of gills, red w/ yellow jig tipped w/ waxworm worked best. Mon 4th when out be4 work and ice is getting thin, may be last ice. But found 2 spots, one in 5' of water had crappies in it, got 29 of them, all about 2 feet down. Other 4' of water next to pads, fish where about 3' down had to keep moving the jig the hole time. Only got 3 on minnows .!!!! Rest on a black and blue ice jig w/ waxworm. Fish where 10" to 13". warm out and rain coming. If you go BECAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!

i hit miami white water forest for the hamilton co park
there was thin ice today the guys were putting out paddle boats
for next month.. had wax worms didn't catch nothing
shoulda called snow lake and see if they had minnows
