Have any of you used the newer version of this tool? I have one of the older ones that was always needing recalibrating. Just wondered how the new one the Spike puts out works.

Bought one back in the late seventies, i believe. Used it for a while but it wasn't much help. jelly

The newer ones work great. Just keep in mind that they do NOT tell you what the fish are going to hit. All it does is tell you what colors show up the best to the fish at what ever depth you set it on.
