Default Storm damage at my lake house, sucks.....

Looks like I got a bunch of brush to put out this spring. We were lucky. Sure came close to the house. This happens when you near the water. Sucks! Part of living near the water. I accept the fact, but it still sucks.

This video clip shows it all. I did the clip to keep in practice. You young whippersnappers gonna havta drive around more than one block to pass me.:D

Can't watch videos with this dial up, but we used to have a cabin at Wateree, and lighting hit a huge tree not 15 yards from the house. Talk about loud! Luckily it fell down towards the water instead of on the house.
At least at the end of the day you're still on the water. :D

Couldn't watch the video, we're still in the lost land of dial up. Do we need to bring a chainsaw this weekend? We'll call you tonight.

WOW! Certainly looks like a lot of work and a lot of opportunity too.

Oh yeah, a big one. Looked like some really big trees went down.

Man, that's bad - glad it didn't get on none of your major "stuff"
house, boats, and all... It got pretty wild down here, but not quite
like that I'm thinking. Just had a few limbs in driveway, and garbage can went on a trip down to the pasture.

Is your place where is your place at up there Cane Pole.I was wondering if it was very rough down around the West Sandy ramp.Sorry for your bad luck.If I was going to be up there this weekend I would offer to help cut and haul it out in the river and sink it.I am stuck at home and working this weekend.
