    Default Uglystick crappie rods?

Was at a local fishing store and saw some 10' rods. Price was 30 bucks. What do you make of them?

I have one, and love it...can't break that sucker. I use mine mainly for fishing bobber and minnow, while I am jigging with another. Works great for me...

I have ten "Ugly Sticks". I love them and the wife cannot destroy them.

    Graphite inner core.

    Great for fishing for Panfish.

Nothing but fishing "Ugly" for me.

Very good rod, soft tip section, (almost) indestructable. Pick and choose what's your preference and love what you're doing with the crappie.

Good tuff rods I just wish they would kept the 12' instead of droping it of the face of the earth

I have never seen the Ugly Stik crappie poles. Are they telescopic poles, or are they jig poles with guides and a reel seat?

    Yes.

The only place I saw with the 12 footers was at Bass Pro in Macon, GA. Should have bought them when I was there last spring. I haven't been able to find them anywhere since then. The Shakespear website still lists the 12 footers, but you can't buy direct from them.
