Man was it tough today! The wind was horrible!We looked several different places. Studly Sam and I could not find any fish with a wind break. Where we thought the good fish were it was froze solid.So we ended up with 11. May try it again wed.

I was there today also hump. Put in at Chaonia. You aint wrong about the wind. I seen 3 guys in a small jon boat catch several shorts. I found 7 myself before I finally got tired of fighting the wind. Threw em all back. Had a few shorts also. Where were you all fishing?

That ice makes it nice. Not near as many spots to choose from,keeps the search narrow! Was the river froze north of Lost Creek? Say up around the big Sycamore. It was open yesterday. Just chunks floating by.

The river was open but I had to break ice through Chaonia to get to the river.
