I will have to say this is a very educational forum . I was raised up in the country . We had chickens , turkeys . cows . hogs , and other animals . Up until a month or so ago , I assumed maribou came from a happy caribou , had no idea what the rest of a kip looked like , thought a bobbin was something you done with an apple. Figured hackle came from a hackle berry tree . I still get Ship and Skip mixed up , but I'm gettin' better...:D :D
