Got my new issue of Alabama Game & Fish yesterday. There is a good article about the Bear Creek chain of lakes with Brad Whitehead sharing his knowledge of each lake. It even has some pictures of him. I'm headed to Cedar Creek in the next couple of weeks to try some of those underwater ledges and standing timber.

Yup, the man is in all the magazines. If you keep your eyes open, you will notice him in Crappie World and the InFishermen as well. He does his homework as far as that is concerned. Nobody any nicer on that side of the fishing world than Brad. If you need something, he will hep in any way. A genuine guy.

I fish Wheeler almost everyweekend so I thought a change of scenery would be nice. I have been to Cedar once before bass fishing before I drank the crappie koolaid. It's a pretty lake and this time of year the wind on Wheeler seems to never stop. It might be the same on Cedar, but I think I'll give it a try.

Aw yeah, I go there too, it is pretty. Like Little Bear even a bit better
I think. The size of the fish just sorta stinks is all.
